link for “Course Selection” will be active/ available with effect from Tuesday, April 11, 2023, under the “Student
Services” tab in VULMS. The students are advised to log in to their VULMS
account and select their course(s) immediately or before the semester
commencement date. However, the last date to add/drop
course(s) will be Friday, May
05, 2023. The tuition fee voucher issued after this date shall not
be revised.

Students are expected to follow the “semester-wise study scheme” of their respective study program so
that their scholarship eligibility may not
be affected (See Scholarship Rules).

Continuously enrolling in maximum course/workload
in each semester does not mean that a study program can be completed earlier
than its minimum prescribed residential requirement.
Guidelines/Explanations:

Failed course(s) can be repeated until
qualified.
· Improved/better grades in a course will substitute/replace the previous/lower grade and eventually increase the CGPA. However, in case of non-improvement of grade, the previous better grade will stand and count towards CGPA calculation.

to the 48th session of the OIC Council
of Foreign Ministers (CFM), the Fall 2021 Final Term Examinations in
Islamabad and Rawalpindi of the following dates have been shifted to later

Fall 2021 Mid Term Examinations: Request for Rescheduling of
Missed/Unplanned paper(s)
A student may request for rescheduling of Missed/Unplanned
paper(s) on or before Friday,
January 28, 2022. No
request will be entertained after the specified date. The rescheduling rules
may be accessible through the following link:

NOTE:
1. The
re-schedule chance shall be provided only once.
2. Rescheduling
fee is non-refundable in any case irrespective of his/her appearance in the rescheduled paper(s).
3. The
rescheduled paper(s) for both local
and overseas students shall be conducted as per the
following schedule:
Date of Rescheduled Exam: Sunday, January 30, 2022
4. Fee
voucher(s) of the prescribed fee shall be payable before the
announcement of the result.
5. A maximum
of seven (07) papers can be rescheduled in Fall 2021 Mid Term
Examinations.
Procedure:

VULMS
2. Open
VULMS-->Student Services-->Examinations Department--> Apply for
Rescheduling of Papers.
(The missed paper(s) will be available for rescheduling after 24 hours of actual
paper time)
3. Select the Preferred City of Appearance from the drop-down list.
(Overseas Students shall select Preferred City as “Overseas”).
4. Submit
Request.
5. Once your
request is duly processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your VU email
address (Please check Inbox/Spam/Junk-Email) from no-reply@vu.edu.pk.
(University requires at least 24-48 hours for processing your request).
6. Now, you
must take a fresh print of your Exam Entrance slip from http://datesheet.vu.edu.pk
