Due to unrelenting monsoon rain, University has decided to postpone the Examinations scheduled on July 25, 2022, in Karachi (i.e. VKHI01, VKHI02, VKHI03, VKHI04, SKHI13, SKHI42, SKHI45) & Hyderabad (i.e. VHYD01, VBDN01) Divisions.

The new schedule of July 25, 2022, is being updated and will be available on the date sheet interface. The affected students are advised to take a fresh print of their Exam Entrance Slip from the following link:

Note: The Spring 2022 Mid-Term examinations will be conducted as per schedule in the rest of the cities/centers.

A student may request for rescheduling of Missed/Unplanned paper(s). The rescheduling rules may be accessible through the following link:

NOTE: The re-schedule chance shall be provided only once.
The rescheduling fee is non-refundable in any case irrespective of his/her appearance in the rescheduled paper(s).
The last date for applying to reschedule Missed/Unplanned paper(s) is as mentioned below:

Last Date of applying for rescheduling [LOCAL AND OVERSEAS]: August 03, 2022

The rescheduled paper(s) for both local and overseas students shall be conducted as per the following schedule:

Date of Rescheduled Exam [LOCAL AND OVERSEAS]: Friday, August 05, 2022Fee voucher(s) of the prescribed fee shall be payable before the announcement of the result.

Procedure: Login to VULMS
Open VULMS-->Student Services-->Examinations Department--> Apply for Rescheduling of Papers.
(The missed paper(s) will be available for rescheduling after 24 hours of actual paper time)
The Select Preferred City of Appearance from the drop-down list.
Note:(Overseas Students shall select Preferred City as “Overseas”).
Submit Request.
Once your request is duly processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your VU email address (Please check Inbox/Spam/Junk-Email) from no-reply@vu.edu.pk.
(University requires at least 24-48 hours for processing your request).
Now, you must take a fresh print of your Exam Entrance slip from http://datesheet.vu.edu.pk

You are advised to make your date sheet by Sunday, March 06, 2022. Seats will be available on a 'First come First served basis. All mentioned timings are as per PST (Pakistan Standard Time).

Schedule of Late Signup Fee:
No fee will be charged up to Sunday, March 06, 2022
Late fee @ Rs.500 /- (Local Student)/$ 20 (Overseas Student) will be charged from Monday, March 07, 2022, to Tuesday, March 08, 2022
Double Late fee @ Rs.1000 /- (Local Student)/$ 25 (Overseas Student) will be charged from Wednesday, March 09, 2022, to Thursday, March 10, 2022
Special Late fee @ Rs.2000 /- (Local Student)/$ 100 (Overseas Student) will be charged from Friday, March 11, 2022, to Saturday, March 12, 2022

Note:
The Paper Duration for Final Term Examinations will be 120 minutes.
The date sheet interface will be available till Thursday, March 10, 2022,
The NADRA COVID -19 Vaccination Certificate (partially or fully) is compulsory for appearance in Fall 2021 Final Term Examinations. Therefore, students are required to get vaccinated as per Government guidelines and they must update their vaccination status on VULMS at the earliest.
In case any student is exempted from COVID vaccination, then he/she has to produce the original letter from the MS of any Govt. Hospital, bearing clearing the reason for exemption, failing which the student will not be allowed to appear in the examinations.
During Exams, Overseas students traveling to Pakistan or vice versa must change their study status as per rules published on the following link

and thereafter shall reschedule their remaining papers with the prescribed rescheduling fee.

Revised Start Date of Spring 2020 Final Term Examinations

 Due to prevailing weather conditions, Spring 2020 Final Term Examinations have been postponed.  Now, these examinations will start on Thursday, September 10, 2020.

The exam papers planned between September 5 to September 9, 2020, have been shifted between September 25 to 29, 2020 respectively in the same exam city/center/session.

The schedule has been updated on the date sheet interface. Affected students are advised to take a fresh printout of their ‘Exam Entrance Slip’ by visiting the date sheet interface link:

http://datesheet.vu.edu.pk.

Inconvenience caused is regretted.

Note: There is no change in the exam schedule between September 10, 2020, to September 24, 2020.
