VU launches new web portals for students Virtual University of Pakistan is pleased to announce launch of two new interactive web portals for its students. It can be accessed by the following links available on VU website and LMS: http://vspace.vu.edu.pk/ http://wall.vu.edu.pk VSpace@VU This new website “http://vspace.vu.edu.pk/” is the research platform with a growing collection of Virtual University’s research that includes peer-reviewed articles, technical reports and working papers. This electronic repository will contain selected thesis and dissertations of Masters and PhD degree holders from all VU departments. The end users can search, navigate and download these publications via this website. This website also allows potential research partners to search the entire range of expertise available from VU researchers. It will also help students and faculty to easily explore the wide scope of research expertise at VU. VU Wall The website “http://wall.vu.edu.pk” is the talent platform which will provide an opportunity to VU students to showcase their hidden talent. VU students can now share their art or talent in the form of video that will be visible to students as well as to the public at large. Students may share their success stories in the form of videos at VU Wall. This interactive portal provides an outlet for the expression of creativity among VU students. These websites were designed in house by the IT department of the University.
