MoU Signed between VU and GCUF for advancement of quality education

Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Government College University, Faisalabad (GCUF) and Virtual University of Pakistan (VUP). Through this Memorandum, the Virtual University will provide its Learning Management System and Examination System to GCUF. GCUF faculty will assist in developing new courses while the two institutions will offer joint degree programs as well. On this occasion, Mr. Tajdar Alam, Rector VU, said that the Virtual University was always willing to collaborate, support and work with other universities for advancement of higher education through innovative use of technology. Dr. Zakir Hussain, Vice Chancellor GCUF, admired the Virtual University being leaders in education technology and stated that joint degree programs would be mutually beneficial and MoU would become a standard for inter-university collaborations.
