PRESTON ENTREPRENEURIAL CHALLENGE 2013

To help encourage a more entrepreneurial spirit among young people, PRESTON UNIVERSITY is organizing an event named Preston Entrepreneurial Challenge (PEC13) for young entrepreneurs focusing on the theme of “CONSERVATION”

Preston University is pleased to invite you to this mega event that would provide an opportunity to interact with the sparkling youth all over Pakistan. The event will be a two day full of challenges, surprises and fun. The winners will get cash prizes as well as seed money and free office space for starting up their business.
PEC13 will be a two day event that embraces Business Plan Competition, Brand War, Ad-Gala, Elevator Pitch, Workshops, Surprise activities and recreational activities.

Competition Format

Stage 1
Team Registration and Submission of Concept Statement (Forms can be downloaded from the websitehttp://www.prestonentrepreneurialchallenge.com/. Last date for registration is 31st March, 2013. After successful registration, host team will send Team ID to all the participants whose teams are  registered.

Stage 2Submission of Executive Summary and Elevator Pitch, Last date 3rd April, 2013

Stage 3Short listing of Teams for Finals on the basis of Executive Summary and Elevator Pitch by 7th April, 2013

Stage 4Submission of Business Plan and Draft Presentation by 25th April, 2013
Submission of Advertisements for Ad Gala Competition (TVC & Print Ad)

Stage 5 (Grand Finale)PEC13’ Finals on 26 – 27th April, 2013


Competition Rules and Regulations
• Any student who is currently studying in any HEC recognized university will be eligible to participate;
• Team must consist of minimum THREE participants and maximum FIVE;
• The decision of the Judges would be final and cannot be challenged;
• Each participating University will send the particulars including one photograph / University ID / NIC of each participant and registration form duly countersigned by an authorized officer of the University.
