It is informed that LMS accounts of all such students who have not paid their outstanding dues shall be blocked on December 27, 2019. Students with blocked accounts will not be able to view Mid-Term results and carry out academic activities. It is therefore advised to clear all outstanding dues at the earliest, in order to avoid any inconvenience.

The submissions are open till 15th December 2019, and any student registered in your university can go and register him/herself, register a team and upload their project: there are no restrictions on the technology used in the software itself.
