HEC does not attest "foreign degrees/Deeni Asnaad". However, their equivalence is determined by"EQUIVALENCE CELL" of HEC.


Public Awareness Notice for Degree Attestation Facility at HEC Regional Centres (Lahore and Peshawar)

In order to facilitate the general public, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has decided to extend the facility of attestation of degrees/diplomas issued by Pakistani universities/degree awarding institutions at HEC Regional Centres.

Initially, the facility has been started at Lahore and Peshawar Centres w.e.f. June 3, 2013. Addresses of these centres are as follows:

Announcement for HEC Lahore Office


All the general public/attestation seekers are hereby informed that official timings for degree attestation is 8.00 am to 11.00 am that are closely synchronized with 50 Tokens numbers as per capacity of attestation Section at HEC Regional Centre Lahore.

Therefore, in no case more than 50 token would be issued/entertained. Issuance of tokens would either be stopped at 11:00 am or achieving maximum limit 50 tokens, whichever is earlier.

· 1: Name of the Applicant must be same throughout his/her educational testimonials such as Matriculation, Intermediate, Bachelors and Masters onwards to PhD Degrees/Transcripts as well as on Computerized National Identity Card/ Passport; otherwise they would not be attested by HEC.


· 2: The Applicant’s Father Name must match on the applicant’s CNIC, Matriculation, Intermediate, Bachelors and Masters onwards to PhD Degrees/ Transcripts; otherwise they would not be attested by HEC.


· 3: Date of Birth of the applicant must match on the Applicant’s CNIC/Passport and Matriculation Certificate; otherwise they would not be attested by HEC.


· 4: Both Degrees/ Transcripts issued on the same date, or overlapping semesters between an Undergraduate Degree and a Graduate Degree will not be recognized/ attested by HEC.

All the general public/attestation seekers are hereby informed that official timings for degree attestation are 8.00 am to 11.00 am that are closely synchronized with 240 Token no. as per capacity of attestation department.

Therefore, in no case more than 240 token # would not be issued/entertained. Issuance of tokens would either be stopped at 11:00 am or achieving 240 # token, whichever is earlier.

              Aini & Alex (Pvt.) Limited launched its fashion accessories in ladies’ purses few years back in Karachi with the aim to let them handle their necessities with comfort. Now, its brands are famous for stylish and affordable accessories.   
At the start of new financial year, the sales manager of the Aini & Alex (Pvt) limited has to plan about future sales of its bags section, consisting of two product lines - leather handbags and clutch purses. To plan about future sales, the sales manager is in need of data about per unit cost and profit for each product line from the company’s accountant.
Accountant demonstrates the per unit data that shows currently the company is selling leather handbags at Rs. 300 per unit and clutch purse at Rs 190 per unit respectively. Other cost data is as follows:

Assignment:
Superior Products Manufacturer Limited (SPML) manufactures industrial products that go through
three processing departments – molding, assembling and finishing. The information pertains to the
operations of the molding department for May, 20X3 is as follows:

14,000 units were completed and transferred to the assembling department during the month of May.
There were 3,500 units as to still-in-process (completed up to 100% material and 50% conversion cost).

Following is the information pertaining to the operations of the assembling department:
11,000 units were completed and transferred to the finishing department. 2,200 units were in process
and completed up to 100% material and 70% conversion cost. Cost incurred in the department is as
